Thank you for shopping with Kakku Stationery! We’re dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly.

1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

During peak periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Services & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Free delivery for all orders above £25. We currently ship to UK mainland using Evri and DPD. If you are ordering to an address in Northern Ireland or Channel Islands please enquire by sending an email to hello@kakku.co.uk

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

4. Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@kakku.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll work with our delivery partners to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy subject to the following terms:

  1. Return Period: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using the contact form on 'Contact Us' page within 30 days of receiving your order, we will advice you the next steps. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If we are unable to verify your purchase through our system, you may be asked to provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation email).

  3. Return Fee: Please note that a return fee of £2.50 will be borne by the customer. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 

  4. Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the return fee) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  5. Exchanges:The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

  6. Exceptions: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to customised products and special order items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  7. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
